• What is happening to Julep's Monthly Beauty Box subscription program?

  We are retiring our Julep Beauty Box monthly subscription program.

  NO ACTION IS NEEDED ON YOUR END. All subscription accounts are now cancelled.

• When is this happening?

  Effective as of February 15, 2019.

• How do I cancel?

  All subscription accounts are now cancelled. You will not be billed for another monthly subscription box.

  YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT.

• Do I still get my 20% off Maven perk?

  Good news! We are increasing your Maven discount to 25% off retail for all legacy Mavens who were active subscribers as of 2/15/2019.

• How much will shipping cost?

  Free shipping will continue for all U.S. legacy Maven customers who were active subscribers as of 2/15/2019. Canadian customers will continue to pay $4.99 for shipping. Shipping is still free for all U.S. customers for orders over $25.

• What is happening to my prepaid boxes?

  If you have a prepaid account balance, you will receive an email February 15th, 2019 with a gift card containing an equivalent dollar amount to your outstanding prepaid credit.

  Gift cards can be used on julep.com.

• What is happening with Jules?

  All Jules are retired with no value as of February 15, 2019.

• What happens to Gift of Maven?

  Gift of Maven recipients will receive an email with a digital gift card containing an equivalent balance to their outstanding Gift of Maven box credit.

  Gift cards can be used on julep.com.

• Will Secret Store promotions still run?

  No, Julep will not run the Secret Store going forward.
